In the middle of the night, our circuit board failed and we were without power. After trying to reach several companies that claimed to be 24/7, Mister Soarky was the only one that answered or followed up. They showed up several hours later and did great work replacing the panel, ground and installing a surge protector. All good to go and power restores within hours, not days.

August 2019, I lost several pieces of electronic equipment to a lightning surge or spike computer, cable modem, uninterruptible power supply, television, and cable boxes. I wasn’t home at the time. I was near my home at Costco and while I was there I did experience a very nasty electrical storm that afternoon so I attribute the hit my home took to that storm. After assessing the damage, I realized that I had a wiring fault with the 3 wall outlets of my 3rd bedroom/office and I was recommended this company by someone that I spoke to that I had found on HomeAdvisor. Mister Sparky - they are professionals (licensed, bonded and insured) they were initially on time for the free estimate (Paul) and were relatively on time the next day (Louis) and did decent work but, be forewarned, they are extremely expensive. They show you a free estimate of the work to be completed on an iPad but won’t print it out for you nor let you snap a photo of the quote before they begin the work: - Surge Protection Package Optimum - Labeling of the Panel - Main Grounding System - Diagnosis for Office a Room Lighting and Outlets - 2 - New 20Amp Circuits 120v I was quite hesitant to move forward with the work but I needed these issues solved immediately so I signed and told them to start the work the next day. He did up sell me on adding two new 20amp circuits (4-outlet wall plate box) since I do run multiple computers and devices at once and was likely putting a lot of load on the one circuit I had everything connected to in the 3rd bedroom office circuit. I’m not satisfied with the fashion in which they composed the final invoice as it doesn’t list the itemized pricing for the tasks completed. They just put a final total ($4,403 ouch!) at the bottom of the invoice and didn’t specify the cost of each specific task. When he installed the new 4-outlet wall plate box on a new circuit in my office, he didn’t properly patch and spackle the drywall so it doesn’t look great; it could’ve been done better. The time it took to complete everything was about one day and a quarter of another. They ‘threw in’ labeling my electrical panel that is located in the gargage since I felt I was paying them so much for the tasks I was quoted. I know I was overcharged for paying so much but good work is expensive when I don’t know about electrical tasks or have someone knowledgeable that could assist me. I hope the work they did pays off and that any future spikes, brownouts, surges, etc are mitigated before hitting my electronics and appliances moving forward. Supposedly, my homes’ outlets are now all protected from surges and spikes. The wiring fault on three outlets was resolved without any additional cost (thankfully) to what I had already paid. Time will tell I suppose. In hindsight, I should’ve just had them address the wiring fault issue only (and that still would’ve cost too much through them). I actually need some additional nominal work done but I’m hesitant to call them again and pay so much. I’m not 100% satisfied but they weren’t terrible either.

The Scheduling department screwed this up beyond belief. Two cancellations. Two separate schedulers with different phone numbers. One had notes on the job the other didn’t. One could find a manager. The other couldn’t. No returned phone calls. No relief on fees. No inclination to correct the mistake made on their part. Three days later job was completed. The electrician Chris was fantastic. He was efficient and professional. I wish the scheduling department was filled with employees that had his level of skill and devotion. You should be grateful that you have people like Chris that know how to smooth over the huge disaster the scheduling department creates.

I would certainly have Brandon for future work. Have a question for him about the led lights in the fan. Is there an electrical reason why I need to run the blades at full power, which I never do to activate the lights? Can I replace them with regular light fixture bulbs and solve this problem? Water Heater Whip with Disconnect - A/C Whip with Disconnect - Permit (NOC, Drawling, App) Replaced the two conductor wire feeding the dryer which was using the solid copper wire as a neutral conductor which is a code violation and a safety hazard based on our findings I replaced the cable with a three wire conductor cable. I arrived at the property to complete previously estimated work after a prior visit with our safety advisor. After my arrival I met with our safety advisor on site and the customer to discuss the scope of work to be performed, I then performed the following task. I replaced the existing 32 space 150 amp main lug panel which had several non-compatible circuit breakers in it being that this was an eaton cutler Hammer panel which we found a few Square D brand breakers installed in a panel which is a potential fire hazard if not addressed at some point and also the panel was maxed out regarding circuits. We upgraded the panel with a 42 space 150 amp main lug panel, we ran an additional dedicated 20 amp Switched GFCI outlet for the use of Festival lighting in front of the house, we replaced all of the existing outdoor receptacles with GFCI outlets and weatherproof bubble covers on the front porch and the back patio, we installed surge protection in the main panel along with a secondary sur

We completed the install by installing the customer supply fans along with the customer supplied smoke detectors and we addressed a few issues and concerns Ms Elder had, we also installed a light fixture in the dining area. After completing all those task I checked to make sure that everything was functional which it was and we were all good to go.
